We are looking for a Training and Compliance Advisor to join our team in Learning and Development Team. Reporting to Manager of L&D, you will be responsible for managing training, and training compliance, across the Group by advising on, developing, and implementing training compliance strategies across all levels of the businesses.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs, through job analysis, in consultation with line managers.
- Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure compliance to, and implementation of, training processes across the MET.
- Support utilisation of training compliance auditing tools within MET.
- Provide accurate and timely training compliance reports, information, and support as required.
- Support the implementation of approved training and Development initiatives.
- Ensure training processes and standards are current, fit for purpose and relevant for the organisation’s needs.
- Support Training and assessment activities as required.
- Support the management and delivery of the apprentice program across MET.
Education and Experience:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Audit or quality control qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing training compliance in a medium to large organisations.
- Proficient with modern IT applications including Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Experience developing and managing training needs analysis.
