ABOUT THE ROLE:

Summary of the role: 

Working collaboratively with the Learning and Development Team, this position will  partner with key stakeholders to develop and deliver fit-for purpose education programs that improves workforce capability in aged care. This position will be involved in developing contemporary learning and development solutions that contributes to the delivery of quality resident care. 

  • Part-time permanent role
  • Based in Western Australia with travel to Residential Aged Care Homes located in regional and metro areas with some interstate travel
  • Facilitates the end-to-end training delivery cycle including resource development, coordination, facilitation, evaluation and assessment
  • Able to create engaging education approaches in both face-to-face and LMS platforms
  • Contributes to a culture of learning and continuous improvement

ABOUT YOU:

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or willingness to obtain within the first 12 mths
  • At least one year's experience in training or a relevant role
  • Passionate about engaging a diverse workforce in continuous learning
  • Excellent communication, influencing, time management and relationship building capabilities
