Your new role
Our dynamic team works collaboratively with the Claims business to design and deliver innovative learning experiences and solutions that actively enhance the capabilities, knowledge and skills of our people. We are looking for someone that is ready to break the wall, do things differently and get truly creative!
In this impactful and exciting role, you will:
Design and deliver effective and engaging digital learning solutions and experiences for our people
Think differently in how we leverage digital adoption platforms and emerging tech options make learning easier and more accessible for our people
Play a key creative role in defining our learning approach and team brand by designing the look and feel of our training solutions
About you
You are passionate about empowering and supporting our people through engaging learning experiences. You are highly skilled in interpreting and translating people capability needs into learning interventions and are an excellent communicator that can quickly establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across claims.
Some of the other key skills you'll need to be successful in this role include:
Skilled in application of contemporary instructional design techniques, e.g. human centred design, social learning
Experience in the use of Digital Learning Applications including Articulate, MS365 and Walkme
Experience building digital learning solutions through platforms such as Walkme (desired)
Experience working in a remote/hybrid environment
