As our Learning & Development Partner, you'll be a trusted in-house expert, championing ongoing learning opportunities and paving the way for professional development pathways that support our team to thrive in their careers at Anglicare WA. You are curious, creative and courageous in your approach to learning and development and passionate about building vibrant and inclusive workplace cultures where people feel engaged and inspired by our purpose.  You have a track record of being highly collaborative, building a solid understanding of the operational context and experienced in tailoring solutions to support the organisations workforce capability needs.

Creating outstanding learning experiences is important to you and you love leveraging systems and technology to achieve great outcomes and ensure accessible and positive learning experiences. Your experience with ELMO, SharePoint and other contemporary learning platforms will be highly regarded. You will also have a creative flair for creating learning content based on adult learning principals, along with experience using an authoring tool such as Articulate or similar.

This is a part time (30 hours per week) leave cover opportunity until early November 2024, based in East Perth. 


What you will bring

You are a passionate and efficient learning and development specialist who wants to be part of a team who delivers quality services to our stakeholders and internal clients. To be successful in this role you will have:

•    Ability to apply a creative and innovative mindset to create solutions to solve problems.
•    Demonstrated ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously to ensure work progresses according to established timelines.
•    Knowledge and experience of the instructional design process.
•    Demonstrated application of implementing adult learning principles in learning programs.
•    Knowledge and experience of using digital learning tools, including Articulate 360.
•    Highly competent technology skills in Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to support others in knowing how to use it.
•    Well-development interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
•    Demonstrated experience facilitating learning and development programs (eg induction, technical skills training)
•    Experience collating and presenting data in a variety of formats 
•    Exceptional customer service drive
•    Excellent planning and organisation skills
•    High levels of attention to detail

The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and valid WA Driver's License.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary from $92,615 per annum [pro rata] + 11% superannuation. 
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses.
