SAP Success Factors - Learning Management System Administrator
Our state government client is seeking a talented and driven SAP Success Factors Learning Management System Administrator. You will assist with our Learning Management System rebuild/configuration in SAP Success Factors talent management learning module.
About the role:
- LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capability.
- Provide SME input to the draft Project Plan.
- Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMS.
- Assist the team in a data cleansing exercise.
- Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular.
- Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles.
- Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training videos.
- Develop a system reporting framework in order for Business Units to run reports.
About you:
- Strong technical foundation and proficiency in working with SAP Success Factors in the talent management learning module.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, configuration and reporting capabilities in SAP success factors talent management learning module.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, use initiative, determine priorities, and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to supervise and support staff is desirable.
Location and Contract Term
This role is being offered to those in Dickson, ACT. Initial contract until 30 June 2024 and high chance to be extended.
