One of Australia's most progressive State Government departments in Canberra is looking to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Administratorto assist with the departments Learning Management System rebuild in SAP Success Factors talent management learning module. The successful SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Administratorwill be offered an ASAP Start for a contract initially until 30th June 2024 with extension options.
The successful SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Administratorwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- LMS Administration, configuration and reporting capability
- Provide SME input to the draft Project Plan
- Assist with mapping of the future state of the LMS
- Assist the team in a data cleansing exercise
- Create and assign the core and mandatory curricular
- Create mapped learning curricula against identified roles
- Support with the development of SOPS and LMS training video
The successful SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System Administratorwill have experience in the following:
- Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to balance technical acumen, problem solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LMS administration and demonstrated experience in administration, configuration and reporting capabilities in SAP Success Factors talent management learning module.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and provide optimal service to meet needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, use initiative, determine priorities, and maintain effective working relationships.
