The focus of your role:
As a member of the Workforce Organisation Team, you will be primarily working in a consulting environment. Your key focus will be to work along with our clients and change management teams to implement end-to-end learning programs thereby maximising user adoption and enablement. You will be identified as a learning expert who has deep experience in various learning approaches, methods, and tools to build the right solution for our clients. This will include supporting the identification of the training team, driving development of training materials and ensuring this is delivered to a high standard of quality. Your work in the learning projects will enhance the system / process usage and minimise user resistance.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose the learning environment at our clients including tools, processes and methods of training.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify training requirements, leveraging various tools and collaborating with the change team, subject matter experts (SMEs) and client to produce and finalize high-quality materials.
- Develop, implement, and refine a structured training strategy, coordinating end-to-end execution across different organisational roles, aligned with project objectives.
- Design & develop the training material using the instructional design approach.
- Manage all logistical aspects of training delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring seamless integration with broader project team efforts.
- Facilitate dynamic training sessions through multiple channels, incorporating evaluations to continuously adapt and improve training effectiveness, aimed at achieving project goals within budget and timeline constraints, with a focus on high client satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven consulting expertise, particularly in designing and implementing learning solutions for diverse transformations.
- Strong foundation in instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE and SAM, with proficiency in creating training materials using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoons, or similar.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms
- Knowledgeable in project management methodologies, tools, and the project lifecycle, enabling seamless integration of training initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training programs to large groups (100+ participants), ensuring engagement and effectiveness.
- Leadership experience with remote teams, highlighting the ability to manage and inspire dispersed groups effectively.
- Certifications in Training, Instructional Design, or Change Management are highly desirable, reflecting a formal recognition of expertise in these areas.
