Reporting to the HR Manager, this position is office based and located at our Head Office in the leafy suburbs of Upper Mount Gravatt.
This is a pivotal role that is focused on managing the end to end, Learning and Development function ensuring compliance with a focus on a continuous learning culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct and provide findings of a LNAs to inform decisions about learning strategies
- Develop, implement and evaluate current and future learning
- Overall management of the Student Placement Program
- Build effective relationships with external stakeholders
- Design and delivery of e-learning and face to face training programs
The ideal candidate would have the following:
- Previous experience managing an L&D function, at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing a Learning Management System
- Experience in eLearning operation and development of eLearning content
- Developing and delivering learning modules
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in Aged Care setting.
- Intermediate to high levels of experience in Learning Software design skills in a program such as Captivate, Storyline, Rise, Articulate or other
