- Overseeing the Ready For Action Induction Program for NDIS Services
- Conducting robust needs analysis toidentifypotential gaps, challenges and recommendations to support successful business outcomes.
- Supporting the professional development of NDIS Services graduates
- Developing and maintaining relationships with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders across NDIS Services brands and the broader MedHealth group.
- Development and delivery of high-quality learning programs and offerings including project management, facilitation and co-ordination.
- Supporting the delivery and implementation of capability frameworks across the division
- Demonstrate ROI through data analysis and effective reporting on key metrics.
- Support the development of new leaders to develop essential leadership capability.
- Experience in the development and implementation of capability frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience in designing blended learning solutions
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
- Effective, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage constructively and respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve high-quality outcomes
- 3+ years relevant experience in similar role
- Relevant degree/qualification in HR, L&D or Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
