THE ROLE
Reporting to the head of Learning & Organisational Development you will be responsible for the design, management, delivery and facilitation of learning and Organisational Development solutions. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the L&OD and BEI calendar, including training, onboarding, and events.
- Oversee the new starter onboarding program for a positive employee experience.
- Promote the Reward & Recognition programme, managing nominations and shortlisting.
- Conduct workshops on onboarding, leadership development, engagement, and performance management.
- Drive communications promoting learning programs (e.g., AIM and LinkedIn Learning).
- Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
- Evaluate and improve training programs.
- Run monthly mandatory core training reports and engage stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be extremely customer focused and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. They must be someone who enjoys organising events and excellent general office administration skills.
