The role
We are seeking a highly driven and results oriented, Senior Organisational Development Manager to lead, develop, and implement programs that strengthen employee capabilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall health of GPT.
This newly created position provides an outstanding opportunity to create and implement the Talent Development Strategy, focusing on strategic talent management and succession, as well as management and oversight of the Learning and Development Plan.
What you will be doing
- Developing and delivering the Talent Development Strategy for the Group, including management of the Learning and Development Plan.
- Developing a Leadership Competency Framework to support our company strategy, articulating leadership behavioural needs at each level of leadership; and developing a Leadership Development Program to embed these competencies.
- Leading, developing and implementing talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing and high potential employees. Responsible for engaging with senior leaders on talent development needs and support for executing those needs.
- Leading the approach for GPT's development planning process, including system set-up and management, reporting, and learning and career guidance support for managers and employees.
- Program and vendor management and managing the LMS component of our HRIS and other related learning management systems.
- Driving the promotion and communication of Talent and L&D activities and initiatives internally and externally, leveraging a diverse range of communication channels.

This key role will suit a motivated and talented Organisational Development professional with a proven track record developing and implementing Talent Development Strategy, Leadership Competency Frameworks and Leadership Programs.
In addition you will be an experienced stakeholder manager, who relishes working with leadership teams to define talent and development success.
It is a given that you will have created and overseen the delivery of L&D content with the additional knowledge of Learning Management and other systems.
