Job Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Learning Technologist to join our Learning & Organisational Development team and take our discipline specific onboarding program to the next level. You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing eLearning modules so they are appealing, engaging and interactive. You will also support the Learning and OD team by designing and developing contemporary learning activities and program evaluations to ensure pre-defined learning outcomes are achieved.
This is a project based role for an initial short term, six week contract. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a large, growing organisation with the potential for future work and opportunities in the future.
Qualifications
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and curating variety of learning resources including interactive e-learning modules and immersive simulations.
- Proficiency with the tools of trade (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise and Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, technologies, and learning management systems
- A solid understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning methodologies, program evaluations and best practices
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to journey through projects both independently and as part of a collaborative fellowship
