Pricing Analyst

With over 5,500 employees across 19 countries, we are committed to supporting passions, fostering opportunities, and establishing progressive practices.We are seeking a Pricing Analyst / Business Analyst who is keen to drive pricing insights, provide strategic recommendations, and optimise financial performance through comprehensive analysis and reporting. You will have strong analytical skills, a strong customer focus and a strong team based working culture. This role is offered as a 12-month contract to cover parental leave.Your responsibilities will include –

• Providing financial guidance and expertise as a key advisor to the Sales/Commercial department through the coordination of pricing analysis activities.
• Development of financial models, business cases, and investment evaluations for strategic projects.
• Collaborating with the Sales/Commercial department to identify pricing and cost improvement opportunities, assisting with initiative implementation, and analysis of impact.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Establishing and reporting of KPIs and metrics to monitor the financial health and performance of the business including analysis and highlighting of any trends, risks or opportunities.
• Assisting with the implementation of new business intelligence tools, setting up new dashboards, and provision of training and support to the Sales/Commercial teams.

About YouIdeally you will display –

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a large, corporate environment.
• Strong business analysis skills and experience in detailed analysis.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance and CA/CPA qualifications.
• Advanced MS Excel skills coupled with experience using Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the willingness to learn.
