About the role
Reporting to the Lease Administration Manager, you will support our team of property experts with administrative tasks. You will be part of a dynamic organisation working within a team of high functioning and qualified property professionals on an impressive portfolio of both freehold and leasehold assets.
Responsibilities include;
- Arrears management
- Process rent reviews including calculating rent increases
- Prepare annual tenant outgoings budgets
- Tenant account reconciliation
- Manage lease administration enquiries from landlords and customers
- Provide high customer service and maintain excellent tenant relationships
- Coordinate with property team on matters involving new leases, new tenants, lease assignments, surrenders, options, and terminations
- Establish and maintain property files/database
About you
You are a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong interest in learning more about our property function and leases.
You will also have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent work ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working autonomously and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve problems
