This role will see you prospecting into a Junior Property Manager and learning from the best in the business!
The Role:
We are seeking someone to ensure this agency’s point of difference is embedded into everything they do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Handling and addressing all rental inquiries
- Conducting open homes
- Conducting reference checks on potential tenants
- Leasing properties
- Handling Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Processing rental applications and inquiries
- Assisting Property Managers with ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
A Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate with have at least 6 months experience in Real Estate. If you are a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow, this is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career! We are seeking an individual with:
