What this opportunity involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and switched on Leasing Analyst to join us.

Reporting to our Transaction Management Director, you will form part of the Network Leasing team responsible for responsible for meeting all contractual requirements nationally including leasing strategy, governance, transaction activities and financial control. This role contributes to a 'World Class' Leasing capability and plays a significant role in supporting one of our well-esteemed clients and their corporate strategy.

Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane CBD with our well-esteemed client.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract ending 31st December 2024, with the possibility of an extension or conversion.

What this role involves:

  • Assisting in the management and coordination of property portfolio activities relating to lease renewal, lease negotiations, surrender, terminations (where appropriate), rent-reviews, statutory charges, general finance & incomplete tenures.
  • Assisting in all administrative related duties across the portfolio inclusive of arrears settlement, site due diligence activities.
  • Actively pursue integration with the wider JLL Network Team to understand existing reporting & processes and foster innovation for continuous improvements.
  • Preparedness to develop a strong understanding of the Client's portfolio, inclusive of equipment, usages and relevant Local & National legislation that governs its use.

  • Tertiary qualification (Real Estate / Property / Business)
  • Ideally with 1 to 2 years' experience in commercial or residential real estate in a client facing tenant representation and/or leasing role.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with high-volume real estate portfolio will be highly desirable
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large and complex portfolio.
  • Experience with lease administration and property management databases.
