Role Overview: As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success. With a diverse range of responsibilities primarily focused on prospective tenant relations and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless portfolio management. 

Key Role Details:

• Conduct open for inspections and showcasing properties to potential renters
• Process applications and conduct thorough applicant screenings
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their properties
• 5 Days per week including Saturdays for Game Day

The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A current Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Reliable transportation (although a company car will be available on some days)
