Junior Leasing Consultant

The Client:

Due to growth, our team are looking for a driven Junior Leasing Consultant to join their team. 

The Role:

• Handling leasing enquiries 
• Open home inspections
• Processing applications 
• Provide assistance to the property managers and owners to approve successful applications
• Uploading properties to online portals 
• General Assistant Property Manager duties when the team are busy

The Successful Candidate:

• 6 months of previous leasing/property management experience  
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation 
• Valid driver's license
