Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property inspections and showcasing rental properties to prospective tenants.
- Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Negotiating lease terms and preparing tenancy agreements and associated reports with attention to detail.
- Liaising with property owners to ensure their investment goals are met.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for driving and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not essential.
