About the role:
Our client is looking for a Leasing Consultant to work in collaboration with the Property Management team to ensure low portfolio vacancy rates and source quality tenants for the properties. Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and this opportunity will suit some that is keen to evolve with the industry.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling of home opens for all properties across the rent roll
- Conducting viewings, both scheduled and private
- Communications with prospective tenants and landlords
- Overseeing application process
- Liaising with the Property Management team on application status and new tenants
- Assistance to the BDM as necessary
- Writing and presenting application summaries to landlords
- Handover to Senior Property Manager for sign-up
Requirements:
- Our client is seeking a candidate that is passionate, switched-on and well presented
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Ideally you will have some real estate experience but we welcome candidates coming from other industries, offering a transferrable skillset
- Availability to conduct evening & Saturday viewings (RDOs offered to make up time)
- Valid WA Real Estate Registration required
- Valid drivers license
