SalaryThe Firm Different to most traditional law firms, this is a progressive firm disrupting the legal industry. They are now looking for an experienced Leasing Assistant to join their busy property law team. We are open to either full-time or part-time applicants. The Position Managing a leasing portfolio you will be responsible for supporting one partner alongside the wider team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- File management
- Invoicing
- Monthly reporting
- Preparing and amending documents
- Landgate registrations
- Liaising with clients
- Opportunity to take on paralegal tasks
The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Experience in commercial leasing is required (applicant without this experience will not be considered)
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Tech savvy
