Qualifications & experience
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration / License. Current Australian Driver Licence with reliable vehicle. High attention to detail. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Must be computer literate. Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ingoing, Routine and Outgoing Inspections. Open Houses, Tenant Inspections and Private Inspections. Tenant selection and processing applications. Ad hoc duties as required by Property Management team. Preparation of Lease and Bond Documents.
