Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Entry Condition Reports
- Schedule and carry out Routine Inspections
- Handle Rent Increases
- Assist Property Managers with various tasks
- Onboard new tenants
- Draft Residential Tenancy Agreements
- Create and lodge rental bonds
- Leasing + open homes
Requirements:
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills across all platforms
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- The ability to foster relationships with clients
- A proactive attitude, ideally with goals of becoming a Property Manager
- Relevant experience; previous leasing or reception experience is sufficient
