Our school

One of the premier psychology schools in Australia, the School of Psychological Sciences offers state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, world-class researchers, a vibrant clinic and award-winning teachers who ensure unparalleled opportunities for students to explore neuroscience, cognitive and computational psychology, biological, health and developmental psychology, as well as abnormal behaviour.

The School of Psychological Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Business/Organisational Psychology who will demonstrate excellence in teaching and research, continue to build our Master of Business Psychology at our Singapore campus and be a point of contact there. Develop and teach into our new Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing program. 

If successful, you will contribute substantially to the teaching and research profile within the School, particularly in areas of organisational and Business Psychology, and Mental Health and wellbeing in the workplace. You will teach into the Master of Business Psychology and Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing programs both online and face-to-face, including teaching to our Singapore cohort.

How will you inspire us?

The essential criteria for success include:

  • Completed doctoral qualification (PhD) in Psychology.
  • Demonstrated recent record of publication in high-quality outlets.
  • Demonstrated recent ability to achieve teaching quality as indicated by internal and external surveys and outcomes for students.
  • Evidence of taking responsibility for the preparation and delivery and coordinator of course modules.
  • Ability to efficiently perform in allocated internal roles, sharing academic services responsibilities, contributing to outcomes of internal committees and beginning to develop external collaborations
  • Relevant research and/or teaching experience in Business Psychology and Workplace Mental Health.
