Located at our Melbourne (Bundoora) campus, this position offers a 0.6 FTE continuing appointment within the La Trobe Law School.About the Position:As a Lecturer in Criminology, you will have the responsibility of coordinating and teaching subjects within our Criminology program. This role requires a commitment to developing curriculum, supporting student learning, and contributing to the administrative functions of the discipline. In Semester 2, the successful candidate will coordinate and deliver pivotal subjects including "Introduction to the Australian Legal System" and "Juvenile Justice."The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in a relevant discipline, alongside demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, curriculum development, and subject coordination across various modes of delivery. A proven track record of engaging with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, along with evidence of innovative initiatives to enhance student experience, is essential.
