The Lecturer is responsible for the development, delivery and coordination of courses within the Academic Unit's undergraduate law programs. They will contribute to program and course curriculum and continuous improvement in teaching practice across the Academic Unit.The Lecturer will contribute independently and as part of a team to support the Academic Unit's teaching and scholarship outcomes and will carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly and/or professional activities.About UniSAThe University of South Australia is Australia's University of Enterprise. - Develop, coordinate and deliver courses on campus, offshore, online or via other appropriate methods
- Support the Academic Unit's and University's teaching and learning initiatives in ways that will enhance the student experience and ensure UniSA graduates are the preferred employees of their field
- Contribute to scholarly activity, independently and/or as a member of a team, which enhances scholarly teaching practice and maintains currency with the discipline/profession
- Create, foster and enhance links with relevant business, university and community bodies that assist the advancement of University and Academic Unit objectives
- Plan, review and manage resources to facilitate the Academic Unit's teaching activities
- A postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional/industry experience
- Demonstrated high quality teaching outcomes with evidence of a strong commitment to continuous improvement of teaching practice and learning outcomes, in on-campus and online settings
- Demonstrated capacity to establish a program of scholarship that enhances the teaching outcomes of the Academic Unit by conducting scholarly activity, independently and/or as a member of a team
- Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal ability, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a diverse team
