The Lecturer is responsible for the development, delivery, and coordination of courses within the Psychology undergraduate and postgraduate programs and contribute to UniSA Justice & Society's research agenda.The position will contribute independently and as part of a team to support the UniSA 's teaching and scholarship outcomes and carry out activities to maintain and develop their scholarly and/or professional activities.About UniSAis Australia's University of Enterprise. - Develop, coordinate and deliver courses on campus, offshore, online or via other appropriate methods
- Support the Academic Unit's and University's teaching and learning initiatives in ways that will enhance the student experience and ensure UniSA graduates are the preferred employees of their field.
- Contribute to scholarly activity, independently and/or as a member of a team, which enhances scholarly teaching practice and maintains currency with the discipline/profession
- Create, foster and enhance links with relevant business, university and community bodies that assist the advancement of University and Academic Unit objectives
- Plan, review and manage resources to facilitate the Academic Unit's teaching activities
- A doctoral qualification in Psychology and Undergraduate Psychology qualifications
- Demonstrated high quality teaching outcomes with evidence of a strong commitment to continuous improvement of teaching practice and learning outcomes, in on-campus and online settings
- Demonstrated establishment of a program of scholarship that enhances the teaching outcomes of the Academic Unit by conducting scholarly activity, independently and/or as a member of a team
- Some experience working with Schools and industry as partners and in the delivery of professional development
- Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal ability, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a diverse team
