The Opportunity
The Department of Management is a global leader in management research, education, and industry engagement. We’re seeking a Level B or Level C academic to become an integral part of our team, tasked with publishing in esteemed business and management journals, teaching Human Resource Management units, pursuing research funding and external engagement opportunities, supervising Honours and PhD students, and collaborating collegially in departmental, faculty, and university activities.
About You!
As the successful candidate, you will bring strong interpersonal skills, possess a strong record of high-quality research in Human Resource Management, and a passion for mentoring Honours and PhD students to inspire the next generation of scholars.
Expertise in HR processes and contemporary work issues is key, spanning HR system strength, workforce analytics, talent management, strategic human capital, worker wellbeing, digital work, and the future of work.
