Job DescriptionThe
Workplace Services Manager ACT is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the office environment, which includes services such as building security, mail & print services, and overall facilities management whilst upholding regulatory compliance and processes.Developing strong relationships with external parties such as landlord, building management and contractors along with internal key stakeholders such as State Chair, IT Services, Protective Security Officers and local PA/EA network is paramount to the success of the role.
Your OpportunityAs the
Workplace Services Manager ACT you will be responsible for;
- Coordinating, scheduling and tracking a planned preventative maintenance program ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of the workplace.
- Monthly financial budgeting and reporting
- Project manage small - medium workplace upgrades and office churns
- Ensure all operational requests from employees are actioned and completed accurately and efficiently.
- Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required and being part of the Emergency Warden and First Aid cohort.
- Provide effective staff supervision, training and motivation

- Current baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain a baseline clearance.

- Experience in managing soft FM services in a commercial office will ensure success.
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience in professional services or property environment will be highly advantageous
