If you’re looking for an opportunity to work with a well-established boutique law firm, who are big on collaboration and great company culture, then this could be the next big move for you!
Known for our commitment to working closely with our clients and providing a high-quality service, the team at Richards & Evans is growing. We pride ourselves on taking a holistic, resolutions-based approach to complex legal matters.
What’s the role?
As Richards & Evans’ new Legal Administrator, you’ll be a crucial addition to our administrative support to our team of 8 solicitors. In this client-facing role, you’ll be an adept phone wrangler, appointment scheduler, and one of the first friendly faces our clients see. In addition to key admin support, you’ll also work alongside our team on interesting and varied client matters, assisting in preparing briefs as well as helping to draft and format documents. You’ll assist with ensuring files are up-to-date and on track.
And who are you?
We’re excited to hear from an exceptionally organised, values-driven individual, with an eye for detail. You’re a born multi-tasker who thrives on working with people, both at the front desk, as part of the team and in highly confidential settings.
Your experience in legal environments, particularly across Litigation, Commercial Law and Estate Planning will mean you’re agile and adaptable.
You’ll be a fast thinker who loves a good office system but also likes contributing to better ones. If we’re really lucky, you might have experience with a Practice Management System such as LEAP - but if not, we know that your passion for learning new skills will make it a cinch to pick up.
You’ll be someone with a keen interest in the law and helping people. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who values great workplace culture and an opportunity to grow and develop in your career.
Key attributes, skills and experience required include:
- An office admin wiz, someone who enjoys organisational order, believes in being well-prepared and loves a neat desk and board room
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
- Experienced in dictaphone transcription (for those times it’s needed)
- Experience in Litigation, Commercial and possibly even Estate Planning
Our firm is growing and we pride ourselves on workplace culture. We’re thrilled that our employees tend to stick around - we strive to create a place where our team feels supported, valued and encouraged. This role is adding to our current team and you will work collaboratively with all our staff.
You’ll be contributing to a growing South Australian company, where we are facing interesting challenges and exciting opportunities. In this permanent role, we offer stability, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your career.
Our offices are also conveniently located on the city fringe in Wayville, and we will include a car park if you need it.
