Legal Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant to join the team and provide comprehensive support to the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily schedules and calendars of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and staff members;
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation;
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism;
• Billing and time entry; and
• Preparing court documents and correspondence.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or secretary, ideally in litigation;
• Previous experience using iManage or Adherant;
• Previous experience with complex billing;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; and
• Proven time-management and organisational skills.
