The position involves providing comprehensive support across three litigation teams, assisting six partners, and offering leave coverage for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as document management, filing, and binding.
- Handle the opening and closing of matters, and conduct conflict searches.
- Manage time entries, process third-party invoices, and handle team expenses.
- Prepare documents including letters, contracts, and general correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation and drafting of court documents.
- Provide support with monthly billing tasks.
