THE ROLE

Working full time within a close knit, high preforming environment you will offer vital support to a senior partner and senior associates within the firms Mergers & Acquisition practice group. In this position you will be responsible for:


  • Diary & Email management
  • Matter administration management
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Document production with a high level of system skills such as Excel, Powerpoint, One Note, PEXA
  • Drafting correspondence and documents
  • Management of client monies & expense claims
  • Co ordinate & track regular client Billing
  • Travel management
  • Ad hoc administration duties


ABOUT YOU
You may have a number of years experience supporting at partner level or a team of fee earners and you are looking to try something new or that next step in your career.
Please note this role is not available on a part time basis.

To be considered for this role you must show the following:
  • 5 years + within a similar position
  • Previous exposure to M&A Law is beneficial but not necessary
  • High level of system skills such as MS Office suite, One Note
  • High level of prioritisation & attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner with a high level of discretion
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
