THE ROLE
Working full time within a close knit, high preforming environment you will offer vital support to a senior partner and senior associates within the firms Mergers & Acquisition practice group. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Diary & Email management
- Matter administration management
- Dictaphone typing
- Document production with a high level of system skills such as Excel, Powerpoint, One Note, PEXA
- Drafting correspondence and documents
- Management of client monies & expense claims
- Co ordinate & track regular client Billing
- Travel management
- Ad hoc administration duties
ABOUT YOU
You may have a number of years experience supporting at partner level or a team of fee earners and you are looking to try something new or that next step in your career.
Please note this role is not available on a part time basis.
To be considered for this role you must show the following:
- 5 years + within a similar position
- Previous exposure to M&A Law is beneficial but not necessary
- High level of system skills such as MS Office suite, One Note
- High level of prioritisation & attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner with a high level of discretion
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
