We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant. This is a full time ongoing role based in Sydney CBD with Hybrid working arrangements.Key Duties:
- Manage the diaries and some email correspondence of two Senior Executives, including travel arrangements and credit card reconciliation.
- Proofread or draft written materials, draft agendas, and take minutes at meetings.
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration with internal and key external stakeholders.
- Anticipate the operational requirements of the CEO and COO and facilitate the timely flow of information and documents.
- Maintain knowledge of the work programs and strategic projects across teams and support Agency project tracking processes.
- Undertake coordination activities for the CEO or COO, including whole-of-agency input or responses to government processes such as Senate Estimates.
- Experience in providing executive assistance at CEO or COO level or equivalent, with limited supervision.
- Confident, well-spoken professional with strong written communication skills.
- Experience in managing a broad cross-section of senior stakeholders and maintaining professional working relationships.
- Ability to exercise judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent operational, coordination, and organizational skills, including attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, establish priorities, and meet competing deadlines.
