Form of work 01st March, 2024 About the team Our Native Title and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander practice is led by partner Jenny Humphris, a recognised leading lawyer in Native Title and cultural heritage law. Holding Redlich represents respondent parties in most of the Native Title claims in Queensland and NSW. We regularly provide advice to local governments, government corporations, developers, pastoral holders, and other public and private entities as respondent parties to Native Title claims and on the Native Title and cultural heritage compliance implications of government and private infrastructure projects. Our team forms part of the firm’s broader Property and Planning Practice and works with other practice groups.
