This leading WA law firm that specialises in Property, Commercial leasing now have an exciting opportunity opening. Our client is seeking a full time Law Clerk to join their small team just North of the Perth CBD.
The Position
Our busy firm will see you undertaking, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Generating and maintaining client information
- File management, opening and closing files and physical filing
- Billing and general administration duties
- Assist in drafting shareholders agreements and partnership agreements
- Using Landgate for searches and lodgements
The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, it is critical that you possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (essential)
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience in assisting with commercial law (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive work environment
