The Role As a Senior Legal Assistant you will work alongside a team of Legal Assistants working in the legal support hub with duties including:
- Liaising with clients and third parties as first point of contact regarding matter queries
- Assisting with preparing and formatting documents and presentations
- Monthly billing and expense management
- Personal assistance duties including diary/travel coordination and management
- Assisting with business development/events/marketing activities and initiatives
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience working in the legal space
- Experience assisting across corporate law will be highly regarded
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
