This full-time role is seeking a motivated person to join our professional and progressive company.
The Assistant works closely with the Property Manager in supporting the management of a portfolio of rentals. You will learn all aspects to Property Management; you will organise and execute rental documentation, maintain relationships with clients, research and prepare reports for customers as well as attend meetings.

To be successful in securing the role, you need to have:
- A Real Estate Licence Registration or be willing to obtain one
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Strong work ethic - ability to see a task through to its completion
- Desire to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work well within a team
- Proficient computer skills
- Previous administration or personal assistant experience
- Good phone manner.
- Professional presentation and manner
- A current Drivers Licence
