About this role...
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner in a busy practice, you'll enjoy being "hands on" with files as well as the opportunity to use your initiative to take on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Some of your duties will include, but not be limited to;
• diary management and arranging appointments
• taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
• coordinating and assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings
• management of client files and filing of correspondence
• drafting correspondence
• billing files and drafting accounts
• extensive client liaison and general administrative tasks
About you...
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in Personal Injury (ideally Abuse Claims).
Other favourable attributes include;

- the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team
- sound MS Word/typing skills
- top organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
