About the role....
Supporting a Principal and an Attorney and as a key member of their team you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment and being involved in local and global patent matters.
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;
- review and process all incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis and update on database
- manage internal & external appointments
- assist with WIP, billing and expenses
- assist with various administration duties relating to domestic and foreign patent matters
- prepare and draft documents
- file management - open, close and archive files - electronic & hardcopy
- coordinate travel arrangements
- well-developed organisational skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- advanced MS Office skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a strong client service focus with the ability to build strong internal & external relationships
