Our law firm is a specialist commercial and litigation practice, acting for small to medium size commercial enterprises. Located centrally in the Brisbane CBD, we provide a full suite of commercial legal services to our clients.

You will undertake a variety of legal administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a team of solicitors and will also provide support to other members of our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration support to solicitors
- Proactively assist and action client billing
- Draft client agreements
- Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate;
- Open, maintain and archive matters in our legal software platform (Leap)
- Assist with keeping the office, meeting rooms and kitchen clean and tidy
Your qualifications and experience will include:
- Administration experience within a professional services firm is preferred;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Neat and professional/corporate presentation;
- Must be tech savvy;
- Good organisational skills and extremely detail-oriented;
- A high level of integrity and accountability.
