- Reviewing various legal documents and identifying legal/commercials risks.
- Keeping the company up to date with legislation and regulatory changes.
- Legal Counsel (3-7 PQE).
- An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor
- Commercial law experience gained in-house or from a reputable law firm.
- Proven experience in contract drafting & negotiation.
- Previous exposure or an interest in the Defence industry.
