- You will provide hands-on legal advice in all relevant business areas, with a particular focus on procurement, customer sales and service agreements and M&A
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, deeds, NDAs, and other legal documents and correspondence
- You shall also assess, advise on and assist the business to manage legal risks
- Your responsibility includes partnering with and coach key stakeholders on legal matters
- Furthermore, you will implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures and training.
What makes you great- You possess full qualification as a lawyer or solicitor with at least 2 years of professional experience post-admission
- Experience in commercial contracts (both sales and procurement) and M&A
- Knowledge of competition and consumer law is desirable with proven expertise in advising stakeholders on commercial contracts and legal risksThe ability to provide legal advice in a manner capable of forming a basis for ultimate commercial decision making
- You hold a pragmatic approach take ownership, provide strong judgement and have the ability to to apply a legal framework to emerging legislative and regulatory changes
- Furthermore, you have strong awareness of legal risks and commercial drivers with demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear, concise and practical manner
