Form of workOur client is the parent company and family office for a group of property development and investment divisions, with a diverse portfolio of assets and projects. In order to support the Group’s vision, values and growth objectives, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a highly commercial Legal Counsel with property experience.
Reporting to an experienced and well regarded General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing broad legal support in relation to property, commercial and governance matters. Within this dynamic role, you will also assist with precedent documents, monitor legal developments, assist with regulatory compliance and provide general legal support across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a commercially oriented property lawyer with between 3-5 years’ experience, gained within a prominent law firm or currently in-house. In addition to core commercial property law experience, you will have proven commercial acumen and a practical approach to the provision of legal advice. This is a genuine opportunity to broaden your career within a high energy and growth oriented organisation and will suit a quick learner, with strong negotiation skills and demonstrable commercial acumen.
