Our client is a fast-growing and mature national organisation involved in logistics and transport all around Australia!
About the role
- Negotiating, amending and drafting commercial contracts
- Corporate work: governance, co sec and M&A
- Regulatory and compliance
- Capital raising and liaising with different investors
About you:
- 5-7 years PQE (ideally)
- Corporate and commercial experience ideally coming from INH but also open to PP (or a mix of both)
- Autonomous as well as collaborative
- Strong interpersonal skills
