AddressThis long established and successful law firm located in Melbourne's CBD is looking for a Legal Practice Manager to assist the Partners in taking the firm to the next level.
This position involves analysing, overseeing and managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to finance and accounting practices; human resources; overheads and profit generation; operations management and process and procedural improvements.
You will be reporting directly to the Partners of the firm and be given the opportunity to add value by identifying business improvements in order to increase efficiency and profitability.
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- Experience as a Legal Practice Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or Business Manager of a Law Firm;
- Strong leadership, HR and management skills as well as financial and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Affinity will also be highly regarded.
