We are looking for someone with junior to intermediate experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
About the role:
- Greet clients and visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide exceptional service, ensuring clients feel welcome
- Assist in looking after requests from Partners and staff within the Sydney office
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with an excellent phone manner
- Take detailed and accurate messages
- Set up meeting rooms for various events, including electronic requests and physical adjustments of furniture
- Collaborate with the café and workroom teams to ensure smooth operation
- Junior to intermediate experience as a receptionist or concierge
- Energetic and positive personality with a customer-centric approach
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
- Availability to work 9:30am to 6pm
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to set up meeting rooms and assist with event coordination
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
