Legal Receptionist

Experienced Receptionist required for Gosford CBD law firm.

We are a law firm based in Gosford CBD on the Central Coast.

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team.

The role includes:

• meeting and greeting clients in person and on the phone;
• organising and confirming appointments;
• managing incoming and outgoing mail;
• sourcing supplies for the office from time to time;
• organising stationery orders;
• maintaining safe custody documents;
• using LEAP software;
• data entry to the LEAP system;
• maintaining office and kitchen.

The successful candidate will:

• be well presented;
• be friendly and enthusiastic;
• have experience in a similar role;
• have excellent communication skills;
• be able to manage a variety of deadlines;
• understand the importance of client confidentiality;
• have strong attention to detail;
• be able to develop a rapport with clients;
• be able to work well in a team;
