Our Role Our highly reputable Insurance and Risk team is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary with 4+ years’ experience who is dedicated to providing exceptional support and bringing enthusiasm and passion to their role. Working collaboratively in a team of two Secretaries, supported by a third part-time Secretary, your key responsibilities will include:
taking telephone calls;
arranging appointments and diary management;
file management;
document compilation;
invoicing; and
other ad hoc administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have terrific attention to detail, and be willing to form part of a social but hard-working environment.
