Legal Secretary - Insurance Litigation

people2people have partnered with a leading national law firm who are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with Insurance Litigation experience to join the firm in a newly created role. This innovative and award winning firm fosters a collaborative culture and offer flexible working arrangements which will see you working a hybrid week, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.about the rolesThis role will see you supporting two Partners and their teams, responsible for:

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Client liaison
• Diary management
• File management
• Opening matters and conducting conflict searches
• Drafting and amending legal correspondence
• Preparing briefs
• Assisting with monthly reporting processes
• Monthly billing

selection criteria:

• Previous Legal Secretary experience ideally within Insurance Litigation
• Aderant and iManage experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Organised with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-driven enthusiastic team player
• High levels of initiative
